Notary Base provides the NotaryBaseOS workflow platform for notaries, signing services, and invited clients. This policy explains the types of information the service may process and the choices available to users.

Information we process

The service may process account and profile information, business and credential records, signing-order details, uploaded documents, shared notes, communications, payment status, and technical information needed to operate and secure the platform.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested workflows, manage user access, coordinate signing activity, send operational notifications, support payment features, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.

How information is shared

Assignment information may be shared with authorized participants in that assignment according to their role. Service providers may process limited information on our behalf for hosting, authentication, email delivery, and payment processing. We do not sell personal information.

Data security and retention

We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect information. Records are retained as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable requirements.

Your choices

Users may update account information and notification preferences inside the service. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion may be submitted through the contact page, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Notary Base may rely on third-party services for infrastructure, authentication, communications, and payments. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
